Unique for its historical importance, its naval etiquette and its Corinthian spirit, the\u00a0Troph\u00e9e Bailli de Suffren<\/a>\u00a0has brought together more than 108 classic yachts over the last two decades.<\/p>\n\n

Called the Gentleman’s Race, it is the only international classic boat race in the world, and follows in the footsteps of Pierre Andr\u00e9 de Suffren de Saint-Tropez, Bailiff and Grand Cross of the Order of St John of Jerusalem and Vice-Admiral of the French Navy under Louis XVI.<\/p>\n\n
